IS MY PASS REFUNDABLE?
Sorry, we do not extend refunds no matter the reason. Please note this policy is strictly enforced and
includes short season, injuries, long vacations and anything and everything else. Please keep this in mind
prior to your commitment to buy.

CAN EXPIRING or EXPIRED PASSES BE EXTENDED?
Again our apologies. We do not offer extensions on passes. Our passes provide more than
adequate opportunities to attend our Crossfit gym numerous times. The pass discount was
created with this in mind. If you feel you may not be using your pass frequently enough within
the given time frame, then we recommend drop-ins as an alternative.

IF I AM INJURED, THERE’S NO REFUND ON MY PASS?
As stated above, there are no refunds on passes. Our objective is to get our clients healthy and
in shape; injuries don’t necessarily prevent this. Though rarely acute injuries may compel you to
take time off, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis. Keep in mind that a cast on your leg
may interrupt your plans for skiing and snowboarding, this does not mean you can’t attend our
gym. Buying a pass means you commit to its duration, so please be ready to train in all kinds of
conditions. Keeping in shape during many health challenges and injuries can help you get
through the healing process.

CAN YOU FREEZE MY PASS IF I BECOME ILL?
We do not freeze passes. Similarly, to when one purchases a ski pass,
credit or extensions are not offered.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION
Monthly Billed Membership can be cancelled by the 15th of the previous month. Failure to let us
know prior to the 15th of the month, you will be billed for the following month with no refund.

CAN I UPGRADE TO AN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
You may do so within the first 2 weeks of your initial membership purchase. Once the first 2
weeks have passed, you may not upgrade to an unlimited membership.

HAVING PURCHASED A MULTIPLE-VISIT PASS, CAN I GET A REFUND FOR
ANY UNUSED VISITS OR TRANSFER MY REMAINING VISITS TO A FRIEND?

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds and passes are non-transferable. Please also note that
our multiple-visit passes must be used until April 30th, 2020.

MAY I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Sorry, no. Passes are non-transferable.

TAKING CLASS

I’M REALLY IN GOOD PHYSICAL SHAPE, CAN I JOIN CLASSES OUTRIGHT?
No. Our introductory program is important for teaching proper safety and expected standards
for the specialized exercises we utilize in classes. It is essential in performing squats, deadlifts,
snatches, presses, clean and jerks, along with our gymnastic movements, that they be
performed correctly in a consistent manner. If you have experience with training in these
movements, you can contact us to discuss so we can assess potential qualification. If we find
you to be competent in all the movements and are able to begin intense training, then you will
be allowed to directly join classes.

MAY I START RIGHT AWAY?
We will do our best to get you up and running ASAP. Contact the gym to schedule a free demo
class. Once the demo class is completed, we can schedule your introductory sessions right
away.

I THINK I ALREADY KNOW CROSSFIT, CAN I JUST JOIN?
If you have little to no experience with CrossFit, we can’t allow you to just drop in to CrossFit
classes. Contact us to discuss your previous Crossfit experience, which will allow us to precisely
assess your ability and to determine what your next steps will be. Should you be a fitness
trainer or instructor, or you’re a professional athlete, you may be able to forgo the introductory
classes if we determine you are fully familiarized with everything we teach. You will need to
demonstrate this to us. All this procedure is necessary for your safety, legal reasons, and to
ensure our existing clients’ best interests are respected.

I SIGNED UP FOR A CLASS BUT DIDN’T SHOW. WILL I BE CHARGED?
If you have a multi-visit pass or a single drop in, then you that visit is recoverable. If you enjoy
an unlimited pass, then you will be subject to nominal fines. Please understand that if you are
registered for a class, that is likely a lost opportunity for someone else wanting to train.
If you’re booked for a private session and fail to show, you will be charged 100% of the fee. If
you cancel your private session on the day of, you will be charged 60% of the session cost. For
any session booked prior to 10am, you are obliged to cancel before 6pm the previous day for it
to be considered as an early cancellation.

IF I CANCEL A SESSION 24 HOURS (OR MORE) IN ADVANCE, WILL I
AVOID BEING CHARGED?
